Pam started running when she was six years old successfully competing in many Amateur Athletic Union meets throughout the United States. For many years Pam worked in the banking industry. During this time she and her husband noticed the need for a specialty running store in the area and voila! The Running Depot was born! April 1st of this year will be 10 successful years! Pam has 4 children ranging in ages from 24 to 7. In her "spare time" she enjoys watching her kids in their many sporting events, reading, being outside, traveling and exploring trails. She LOVES trail running and is always ready for a trail run! She does have a slight addiction to Diet Coke.
Pam's focus is to make sure her customers are 110% satisfied with every purchase. She is also an RRCA Certified Running Coach.

Chris has been involved with runners since Pam and her 4 sisters have been in grammar school. Chris and her husband supported them through school and year round AAU meets. She has also helped organize a regional AAU cross country meet. Chris has run distances up to a 10K and knows quite a bit in regard to the training it takes to be injury free. Chris has 20 years of customer service and thoroughly enjoys working with and helping people. When Pam opened The Running Depot it was a perfect fit as Chris had just retired from the corporate world. Chris loves working with and contributing to our running/ walking community. She is the lead walker for our weekly Talk 'n Walk group. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, hiking, cross country skiing and taking her grandchildren with her so they may experience it together.

Exceptional Sales Associate
Joe has been with the Running Depot for the past couple of years. He actually started in one of our Zephyr groups, after graduating from that, became a helper for them. He now is a Exceptional Sales Associate. Joe is starting at the University of Illinois this fall to study business. He ran for the cross country and track teams at Prairie Ridge and was an all state runner. In other words, he is very fast! In his spare time he enjoys hanging with his friends and family and traveling. He is very fond of snorkeling in the Caribbean Islands. Joe's favorite food is anything italian and especially enjoys eating it in Italy. Can you tell he also enjoys traveling? Inventory Manager/Coach Extraordinaire
Melody started working at The Running Depot in August 2012. Besides working on the floor, helping customers with shoes and apparel she also takes part in a lot of the coaching. She loves working with new runners, helping them reach 5K goals to completing their first marathon. Melody herself started running 14 years ago and has since completed 10 marathons, numerous halfs, 5K's, 10K's, 3 ultramarathons, & an obstacle race. In her spare time Melody loves hanging out with her hubby, Steve. They enjoy traveling - she did her first marathon in Maui! - going to the movies and watching sporting events. She also enjoys spending time with her 2 dogs, Emmett & Gus. She is a certified running coach with both RRCA and USATF. Melody's strong, solid running makes her a perfect person to help you find your new shoes, apparel, gear - all the running needs! Stop by and see her, you'll be glad you did!
Fabulous, Fun Sales Associate
Mackenzie Small will be a junior at Prairie Ridge high school this fall and is a proud member of the PR Cross Country Team. She is a graduate of the Zephyrs and now assists the program as an assistant coach. She loves running and art. Her favorite food is any type of fruit, but she has a weakness for chocolate and carbs. She's not a fan of sprints or biking, so don't expect to see her at a duathlon! Mackenzie plans on attending college and enjoys long runs along the lakes and forrests of northern Michigan. Sandi Setzler started working at The Running Depot in April 2012. Sandy became "semi retired" at 57 and found she needed something more to do, perhaps a little goal... This brought her to training for and completing her first 5K in 2011. The 5K was so empowering she went on to also complete a duathlon a month later! When she is not training she likes to walk, hike, bike and x-country ski. Her continued training and experience make her very knowledgeable when helping you at The Running Depot. In her spare time she immensely enjoys spending time with her family; She has 4 wonderful children, a great daughter-in-law and 3 super granddaughters'.

Meet Erin Wagner
Erin was inspired by her mom and brother to start running, in 3rd grade! She ran for Prairie Ridge in high school where she was an all-conference and an all-state runner. She will continue her running career at the University of Wisconsin-Madison to study kinesiology and hope to become a physical therapist someday! Outside of running, she loves snowboarding, wake boarding, and yoga! There is certainly marathons, ultramarathons and maybe even a triathlon!in Erin's future. You can find he at the Running Depot all the time, whether it's for work or enjoying a Saturday morning run with her mom! She is very knowledgeable associate and you will know her by her smile!
Zippy Fast Sales Associate!
Mitch is a senior at Prairie Ridge and was co-captain, of the cross country team. They made state the last two years and loves to talk running! Even He has been running since sixth grade and can provide knowledgeable input through his experience running and his training at the depot. He loves when he finds a shoe that the customer knows is the right one when they first try it on. Although running is his passion, he also love to play ultimate frisbee, basketball, and Mario Kart with his friends
Sales Associate and Track and Field Expert
Andie is a senior at Prairie Ridge High School. She was Captain of the Cross Country Team this past season and qualified for State as an individual. She has been on Varsity Cross Country since her freshman year and has a personal best of 17:59 for 3 miles, so she loves to talk running! Andie is a Zephyr Coach and loves to spread her knowledge of running to anyone willing to listen. Although running is her passion, Andie loves to bake, read, and watch TED Talks.
Running Coach and Sale Associate (She is always smiling!)
Anne came to the sport of running later in life. She started running, in 2009, when she signed up to do her first marathon with Team World Vision and has been running ever since! In 2011, she became the Captain of the World Vision Team at the Algonquin site and is a RRCA certified running coach. She loves to inspire people to reach their goals. Her life was changed after a trip to Africa and seeing how clean water can make a difference and she continues to raise money for the cause with World Vision.
