100 Mile Challenge – Starts June 1st
Join us at the store on Wednesdays (6pm) and Saturdays (7:30am) for our weekly fun runs/walks and log your miles from June 1st to October 31st. Each time you run/walk from the Running Depot on Wednesday or Saturday, you may log your miles to accumulate 100 miles. We will have a special gift in the fall for those who complete 100 or more miles.
*We use Google Sheets to log miles, which means no paper logs at the store.

Our 5K Training Group is now forming! All abilities welcome…make new friends and let us help you cross a 5K finish line. Wednesday, 3/19 is an information meeting where you’ll meet your coach, Shawn Tegtmeier, and get all your questions answered. Click here to complete a registration form.
BAm (Be Amazed) training is a beginner program that will support you on your path to fitness through a guided walk/run interval program that progresses over 6 weeks—even if you don’t like to run! BAm is open to all ages of adults, fitness levels, and abilities!
What to Expect:
- 6-week, run/walk training program
Now… In-person or Virtual - Twice weekly coached runs:
Wednesdays – 6:00pm / Saturdays – 7:30am - Training shirts & participant medals
- Weekly motivational emails
- Weekly clinics on stretching, strength
training, pilates, nutrition/hydration… - Program cost: $120 (Race entry not included)
