Ladies Night Out – Downtown Crystal Lake
Treat Yourself to Ladies Night Out!
Join us on April 18, 2024 from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. for a night of eating, drinking, and shopping! Don’t let the legacy name of this twice-annual event limit who you invite along—it’s open to anyone who enjoys a social night on the town and great deals.
The event is free and there’s no need to RSVP, although you may want to stop by the Downtown Crystal Lake/Main Street Facebook page to see who’s planning to come and add your name.

Train to Finish a 5K!

Our 5K Training Group is now forming! All abilities welcome…make new friends and let us help you cross a 5K finish line. Wednesday, 3/20 is an information meeting where you’ll meet your coach, Shawn Tegtmeier, and get all your questions answered. Click here to complete a registration form.
BAm (Be Amazed) training is a beginner program that will support you on your path to fitness through a guided walk/run interval program that progresses over 6 weeks—even if you don’t like to run! BAm is open to all ages of adults, fitness levels, and abilities!
What to Expect:
- 6-week, run/walk training program
Now… In-person or Virtual - Twice weekly coached runs:
Wednesdays – 6:00pm / Saturdays – 7:30am - Training shirts & participant medals
- Weekly motivational emails
- Weekly clinics on stretching, strength
training, pilates, nutrition/hydration… - Program cost: $120 (Race entry not included)
