Finish a 5K Trail Run
Our Trail 5K Training Group is now forming! All abilities welcome…make new friends and let us help you cross a 5K finish line. Wednesday, May 8th @7pm (The Running Depot) is an informational meeting where you’ll meet your coach Shawn Tegtmeier, and get all your questions answered prior to sign-up. BAm (Be Amazed) training is a beginner program that will support you on your path to fitness through a guided walk/run interval program that progresses over 6 weeks—even if you don’t like to run! BAm is open to all ages of adults, fitness levels, and abilities!
What to Expect:
